Goal Digger is a deep planning and working experience. Come prepared to put in hours of work.
- Bring a laptop and charger. Handouts are digital. Most work will be done from your laptop.
- Have easy access to the following information if it is available:
- Your monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and dashboards
- Your website, email and social media analytics
- Your product/service menu
- Your customer avatar/ideal customer profile
- Your organizational chart and job descriptions for your team
- Any strategic plans, marketing plans, budgets or other Goal Digger documents from previous years
- Overall, company files should be easy to access in case you want to reference them while working.
- Create a folder in your Google, Dropbox, or Cloud drive called Goal Digger 2023. You will need it to store all of the worksheet and materials.
- Get social with us, Sis! Join our Facebook Group if you have not. Share online so you can put everyone on notice that you are headed to Goal Digger. Tag us @sistahbiz and use the hashtag #goaldigger23.

Itineraries
ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN
When you arrive at the hotel, check into your room, get settled and breathe.
Before you get into the Goal Digger registration check-in line, have your Covid test results easily accessible. Registration opens at 5pm MST.
When you go to registration to check in, we'll:
- Request proof of negative Covid test results.
- Provide your name tag and materials.

All participants exit the day with next year's revenue and marketing number goals calculated.
